Located just outside of the lovely village of Vouvray, and less than a half mile from the Loire River, Nicolas Brunet is proud of their 45 year-old vines. The vines are rooted in the fertile clay and limestone soil of the Loire River, and the grapes are manually harvested each season.
The grapes are fermented in small stainless steel tanks with an indigenous yeast producing notes of white flowers and quince, followed by a palate of pear, saffron and minerality.
