Wine Description
Nestled in the Gaillac region, very close to Cordes-sur-Ciel on the northern edge of the Gaillac Vineyard, this estate boasts nearly five centuries of history on an exceptional terroir. After centuries of cultivating vines on these familial grounds, Maurice Gayrard initiated wine production and sales at the property in the 1950s. Since then, each year, they have dedicated efforts to replanting a new plot with native grape varieties of the Gaillac appellation around their home.
This sparkling wine showcases a beautiful green-gold color and a delicate bouquet of white flowers and apples. It is refreshingly friendly, offering an aromatic palate with notes of apple and minerals.
