These vineyards benefit from ideal exposure and maritime influences, ensuring perfect grape ripening. Harvesting starts at 4 AM to preserve grape freshness. Cold extraction and fermentation in stainless steel tanks maintain a clean, crisp aromatic profile in the wine.
For this rosé blend, they used Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. This pale pink rosé has a highly aromatic nose with notes of lychees and citrus. It is rich and fresh with an elegant and balanced mouth. This versatile wine can be enjoyed from appetizers to dessert.
