The Ruhlmann-Schutz family, third-generation owners, acquired the stunning Château Valmont estate in Peyriac-de-Mer in 2016, nestled in the beautiful Languedoc landscape. Their vision was clear: complementing their exceptional Alsace white wines, they aimed to create outstanding Corbières wines. Château Valmont is dedicated to organic practices, ensuring high-quality, low-yield wine production.
This red wine, the 'Adventure' Cobieres 2021, showcases an intense red hue with captivating ruby reflections, complemented by fruity notes of black fruits. It embodies a delightful balance of complexity and harmony.
