Wine Description
In 2011, Thomas Bertrand and his wife Caroline acquired Domaine Rouge-Bleu, and ever since, they have been dedicated to crafting wines of exceptional quality. Located in Sainte-Cécile-Les-Vignes, the estate draws inspiration from biodynamic principles, tending to all of its 21 acres, with half nestled within the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Sainte Cécile appellation.
Handpicked early to maintain natural acidity, the grapes undergo meticulous cold fermentation, preserving primary aromas. Enticing scents of fresh red fruits, rose petals, and grapefruit greet the nose. This elegant Provençal-style wine, crafted from Carignan and Grenache grapes, is a true gem with a small production of only 6000 bottles.
