This organic (converted in 2011) Merlot blend from the Haut-Médoc subregion of Bordeaux comes from a vineyard over 300 years old. The sand and gravel mix terroir forces the roots to burrow deep in the ground seeking nourishment, and results in a classic minerality for which the Médoc is famous.
This red wine is bold and dry, offering pronounced flavors of blackberry, oak, and hints of vanilla. Aged in stainless steel vats, it showcases a well-balanced blend of cassis and plum notes. Enjoy it now or let it age gracefully for future indulgence.
