Wine Description
Gaillac is a region in the south-west of France that is known to produce wine since the Roman times. Traditionally these richly colored, spice-scented red wines were used to embolden the lighter Bordeaux wines nearby.
With its ruby color, this Gaillac wine presents aromas of red fruits, undergrowth and leather on the nose. Its attack on the palate is full-bodied with supple and silky tannins. It expresses a taste of blackcurrant with a spicy finish.
