Wine Description
In 2011, Thomas Bertrand and his wife Caroline acquired Domaine Rouge-Bleu, and ever since, they have been dedicated to crafting wines of exceptional quality. Located in Sainte-Cécile-Les-Vignes, the estate draws inspiration from biodynamic principles, tending to all of its 21 acres, with half nestled within the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Sainte Cécile appellation.
This white wine is a splendid blend of 13 white grape varietals, paying homage to the renowned 13 grapes of Châteauneuf du Pape. It delights with aromatic notes of apricot and peach, accompanied by delightful tropical hints. Crisp acidity and luscious stone fruit flavors grace the mid palate, leading to a soft, well-balanced finish. With less than 3,000 bottles produced, this delightful white is perfect as an aperitif or paired with food, offering a delicious experience whether enjoyed alone or with company.
