Wine Description
Husband and wife Clement Minne and Pauline Giraud started this 10-acre vineyard in the Côtes-de-Provence appellation less than 10 years ago. They did not have the money to acquire a winery, and for several years operated from a shared winery project.
After years of hard work, they’ve recently been able to build their own winery in the heart of Bandol. They now own over 25 acres of Côtes-de-Provence vines. The team at Gueissard produces wine based on traditional know-how mixed with modern techniques. They manually harvest the grapes and limit production in order to sustainably preserve their vineyards.
This salmon colored rosé is rich with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, and a distinct grapefruit quality, underlined with notes of litchi.
