Wine Description
Domaine Girard is a family affair, lovingly nurtured by Fernand, Monique, and their son, Alain, in the charming village of Chaudoux. Their Burgundian-style Pinot Noir thrives at 350m altitude, enjoying the cooling breezes from both the Atlantic and Mediterranean. Rarely successful in the region, this Pinot Noir surprises with even ripening, avoiding the typical jammy style found in the south of France. True to form, it offers terrific value and a seamless tasting experience.
This pale ruby Pinot Noir delights with lively flavors of tomato, dried herbs, and cranberry. Its ripe red berry fruit, fresh acidity, and subtle spice make it a delightful choice to pair with poultry or grilled pork chops.
