Wine Description
Since 1777, the Boisson family has worked the same parcels outside of the famous village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Today's vines are well over 100 years, with the oldest planted in 1906.
The vineyard is operated by Emilie Boisson, and is proud to be a female run business.
The wine is bright and deep ruby red with bluish highlights. The nose is intense with full aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral and smoky hints on soft spices. It is full-bodied, and possesses a nice balance between sweetness and a fine tannic structure.
