The 2022 Pinot Noir "Mosaique" displays a vivid pinkish-ruby hue and opens with a bouquet of raspberry, black currant, and red currant. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious blend of red fruit and a subtle gamey character, supported by soft tannins and a lingering, balanced finish. Hand-harvested grapes undergo long skin macerations for added depth, with fermentation in temperature-controlled vats to preserve freshness. The result is a bright, approachable Pinot Noir that reflects both the elegance of Alsace and the variety’s natural charm.
