Domaine de Poupée farms within the Saumur area of the Loire Valley, a region long known for its tuffeau limestone soils and its role as one of the Loire's most respected red and rosé wine zones, sitting along the river between Anjou and Touraine.

This 2025 bottling carries the Rosé de Loire appellation, a designation reserved for dry rosés made from a blend typically anchored by Cabernet Franc and Grolleau, sometimes joined by Cabernet Sauvignon or Gamay. Cabernet Franc contributes structure and a touch of red fruit character, while Grolleau, a variety used almost exclusively in the Loire, lends freshness and light, easy-drinking charm. Expect a pale, delicate pink color, aromas of strawberry and red currant, and a crisp, dry palate with the bright acidity typical of Loire rosés.

The result is a refreshing, food-friendly rosé built for easy warm-weather drinking, true to the Rosé de Loire style.
