Founded in 1688, the Ruhlmann-Schutz family draws its passion for wine from the depths of the Alsatian vineyard. This precious expertise persists from generation to generation, and the notoriety of the wines expands.
The Ruhlmann-Schutz family combines tradition and modernity by associating old oak barrels to the state-of-the-art winemaking equipment, respecting the biodiversity and the environment, and in the end, creating unique wines that fully express the terroir.
The sparkling Crémant d’Alsace Rosé made of 100% Pinot Noir is vinified using the traditional method “Méthode Champenoise”. This dry wine has only 6 grams of residual sugars and is a blend of the 2017 and 2018 harvests. A wonderful “apéritif” wine on its own, or paired with food.
